This is the effect i.e. Berkut Edition modification:

• Dual condenser - allows for carrying away a larger amount of heat from the device.
• R507 - a gas with a lower boiling temperature which assures a lower temperature on the processor
• PEV - allows for fluent regulation which makes it possible to choose between a lower temperature and higher capacity
• Better isolation - much thicker isolation of suction tube and accumulator
  

According to initial tests we have reached -23C at 240W of real load.
